Uhh new site, exciting and new, come aboard, we'r expecting youuuuu the love boa... wait where was i... right right, new site, its called
4kun.com (yes yes 4chan 4kun im a fucking hilarious guy), its a imageboard, about hentai, anime and japan stuff, kinda a bit more broad than normal imageboard, like you can register an account and it has way more anti-spam protections and it kinda fun and idiotic, YAY, hope you guys enjoy ^^ .oO(im putting the link on the sidebar as well)
oh well im going back on the english only thing, but regarding spam and cp and basically nasty links/images...
im kinda sick of it so ill be fighting back, any link found on neechan or tentakle to any of these sick things, im gonna report them, ill report the ip (even though 99% are proxies), im gonna report the shortlink, im gonna report the host or filehost, im gonna take the time to make sure that posting any idiotic of disgusting thing on any one of my sites will be more trouble than what is worth ^^
lets see if you like it when your host shuts down your account, when your domain gets seized, when your shortlinks disapear... and dont get me wrong, it the shortlink provider, host, whatever are not cooperative, ill go after their hosts and their domain providers because they are supporting that shit as well...
and i've already started this week, about 11 abuse reports (to shortlink providers and host)
First of all just to say that i've banned Hotfile.com filehost from all my sites (hentaish.com, neechan.org, tentakle.com, panchira.org...) for obvious reasons (they suck balls) ^_^
Also i've added to the rules, to use English as the official language, not that i care that much what language is used, but when it looks like this board is german, russian or such, it makes it difficult for us to join in any conversation, so sorry about that and yeah keep it english ^^'
So you all know how fight against spam and cp, no point going there, its hard having a public image-board, the abuse is daily, and we keep pushing strange stuff to fight it off, but since its mostly "humans" and not bots, its really hard to stop the people that can and should be able to post, so here are some tips to avoid getting yourself and your computer into trouble:
1) This is a public site, anyone can post, so don't trust anyone blindly, the staff does check 90% of the links, but it isn't instant, the link you see might have not been checked yet, so take precautions and use your head, especially while going to other sites or downloading stuff.
2) If the post has nothing but a picture with a website address or e-mail on the picture telling you to visit, don't!, trust me, it will never deliver on the promise, it will give you virus, spyware or any number of malware or if you are lucky it will just force you to download stuff with passwords or idiotic stuff.
3) If the post is a real life picture, then its spam, don't trust the link in the post, especially if its a short url or a unknown to you web address.
4) If the post has links and no description, then its most likely shit as well, the same goes if it has a password, just delete that stuff.
5) Please have yourself a good anti-virus (avast, comodo, microsoft security essentials) and good anti-mallware software (mallwarebytes or superantispyware) or use a more secure operating system (like linux), use a safer browser like google chrome (and firefox in a slightly lower grade of security), these will help you keep your computer safer even if you do mess up.
6) Finally, if it doesn't follow the boards rules (the rules are under every form), then you shouldn't trust it as well.
New Rule: Everytime we get any post slightly resembling spam or cp, we will delete/ban/hash block it as usual and lock the board for a random period of time, by locked i mean only neechan staff can post ^^ sorry but one cp post a day is one too many.

Whoo im seeing double ^_^' so this is the deal, new rule, no crosslinking, what is crosslinking? it means you post here a link to a filehost and then post the same link to 100 diferent sites, this means to neechan, duplicate content and lower quality and basically filehost spamming, i wont ban filehosts, but this kind of low quality linking has to stop, to avoid hiding the link i'm also banning all link reedirectors (aka tinyurl clones), so next time you want to put a link on neechan, make sure its yours, exclusive and fresh, or else delete+ban ^_^
hehehe, not so much as "no requests", but more a moving forward by going back ^_^ i kinda liked the classic looks of neechan and some people have expressed that they didn't like the new neechan that much (news, and then you had to use a tiny menu to see the board, and then bla bla bla), so i've moved all the request threads into the main board, and neechan returns to the "one imageboard fits all" ^_^ YAYYYY .oO( sorry if you liked how it was... but well i kinda agree on this one hehehe )
also tweaked here and there, now the site loads directly on the board, even though you can still see this news page by clicking on news hehehe
and finally some performance tweaks, mostly around image quality and mod_pagespeed from google, enjoy ^_^
Ahh its that time of year i guess, this was a troublesome year for neechan, and we still arent out of the hot waters, still thinking on how i can make neechan better, still we will continue improving and making neechan the best hentai image board EVAH!!!!

Soo after thousands of complaints (2 actually) and millions of bunnies slaughtered (hummm that didnt happen...),so im considering fusing the main board to the requests into one, i know i know its sorta a regression, but i guess most people prefer it like that, and since i dont want any more dead bunnies, i mean peopl.. i mean pervs, so yeah somethin will happen ^^ .oO( expect random results )
Took a while but the sidebar is back... by popular demand ^_^' any problems, questions, hate mail... just put it on the requests board, im gonna upload lots more stuff today, have a good one ^^
